The company is not in trouble with the share offering... They are raising funds to keep the 5% of the ABS that are being securitized... They are growing their network so fast, and this is just to keep up... If anything it is a positive indication on how fast they are growing... Glad they have press conference lined up to talk about this
To get only $95 million, why halve the market capitalization...? It's pretty vicious to hit an offering at the same time as a stock merger. It's destroying the trust of shareholders

My research actually shows that PGY is better company than UPSTART. EBITA shows how strong company PGY is. UPSTART is $30 and PGY should be $50 based on the finance report and forecast.

Eventually, but the borrow rate for short shares is about 700% w a majority of these shares borrowed. Should be a spike up before down
